3. Not a Medical Service
YourWellCheck is not a medical device or healthcare provider.
The Service:
Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Is not intended for emergency use
Should not replace professional medical judgment
If you believe there is a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Use the Service responsibly
Ensure your device is properly configured and worn
Maintain control over caregiver permissions
You are responsible for:
Choosing appropriate caregivers
Interpreting alerts appropriately
5. Caregiver Access
Users may designate caregivers to receive alerts.
By doing so, you:
Authorize sharing of relevant data with those caregivers
Acknowledge that caregivers are independent parties
Understand that we do not control caregiver actions or responses
6. Alerts and Limitations
Alerts generated by the Service:
Are based on data patterns and may not be accurate
May include false positives or false negatives
May be delayed or fail due to connectivity, device issues, or system limitations
We do not guarantee:
That alerts will always be delivered
That all relevant events will be detected
7. Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining account credentials
Protecting access to your account
You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
8. Fees and Payments
YourWellCheck operates on a subscription basis.
Fees are billed monthly or annually
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
Pricing may change with notice

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
